At HipHopTV, we are committed to providing top-tier promotional services for hip-hop artists. Due to the nature of digital services, we enforce a strict no-refund policy except in specific cases outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered – If HipHopTV fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
Technical Errors – If an error on our end prevents the successful execution of your campaign or service.
Unauthorized Payment – If a payment was made without your authorization and reported within 7 days of the transaction.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

🚫 Completed Services – Once a service has been delivered or a campaign has started, no refunds will be issued.
🚫 Failure to Provide Required Information – If you fail to provide the necessary details for your campaign, no refund will be issued.
🚫 Change of Mind – Refunds are not given for personal preference changes after purchasing a service.


3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide your order details and a clear reason for the refund request.
3️⃣ Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.


4. Changes & Cancellations

Service Modifications – If you need changes to your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests.

🚫 Campaign Cancellations – Once a campaign has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
