1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
✔ Service Not Delivered – If HipHopTV fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
✔ Technical Errors – If an error on our end prevents the successful execution of your campaign or service.
✔ Unauthorized Payment – If a payment was made without your authorization and reported within 7 days of the transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
🚫 Completed Services – Once a service has been delivered or a campaign has started, no refunds will be issued.
🚫 Failure to Provide Required Information – If you fail to provide the necessary details for your campaign, no refund will be issued.
🚫 Change of Mind – Refunds are not given for personal preference changes after purchasing a service.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

🚫 Campaign Cancellations – Once a campaign has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
